1. Membership & Prices

• Memberships are non-transferable unless stated otherwise

• Access to facilities is subject to gym rules and staff guidance

• We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behavior

2. Protocol & Safety

• You agree to participate in training at your own risk

• It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit to train

• You must follow all safety instructions provided by trainers

3. Payments & Refunds

• Fees must be paid in accordance with your membership agreement

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access

• Refund policies are defined at the time of purchase and may vary

4. Bookings & Cancellations

• Classes and sessions may require advance booking

• Cancellation policies (e.g., 1 month notice) may apply

• No-shows may result in loss of session credit

5. Code of Conduct

Members must:

• Treat staff and other members with respect

• Use equipment responsibly

• Follow gym rules at all times

Failure to comply may result in termination of membership.

6. Liability

Felipe Boxing is not liable for:

• Personal injury sustained during training (except where required by law)

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
